An incorporated group made up of interested people who are working to preserve, display, and maintain the history of the Laytonsville community.  

Does the Historical Center cover only the history of the town itself?

No, the Historical Center covers the entire Election District I area. 

To preserve and promote the history to Laytonsville and the 1st Election District
To keep the Center open to all including the Community and the students of Laytonsville Elementary School
To expand the Center's collection of family histories, photographs, and memorabilia
